Thank you from ABC App!

Just wanted to personally thank you for your help in helping Marcus and the XYZ IT Company folks get our app across the finish line and approved by Apple (and now released in the App Store). There were times during the last month that Allen and I were beside ourselves trying to understand what was actually going on. After the 6th (I think) rejection by Apple when they literally cited the exact same reason, "misleading users into making in-app purchases" it became clear that while neither he or I understood what the issue was, the XYZ IT Company folks also did not understand what the issue was, which was the most frustrating part for us.  However, the consistency in the rejections by Apple made it clear that there was SOMETHING that was obvious to them.  And we figured that if it was that clear to Apple, then it would also be very clear to someone familiar with the process.
At that point Allen and I made a rather firm "request" to XYZ IT Company that they needed to be reaching out to every contact they had, anyone they knew personally or professionally that had experience in this area, and tracking down what was going on.  After spinning wheels for close to 3 weeks, things changed the moment EFG Company first met with you to review and discuss.  Since then, there's been clear direction on what needs to happen and relatively little wasted motion.  The rejection due to the stale bundle being the exception, which I know you were trying to head off anyway by asking to review the package prior to submission.
Anyway, all that to say, Allen and I are extremely thankful that you were willing to step in and provide some much needed leadership on getting our app through the review process and we are extremely grateful to you for your help!

Security

Does your app adhere to the basic security considerations? You have all the rights to ask your development team.

Our Process

Impeccable Process Leads to Results

Our proven and proprietary software delivery model and results-mechanism allow us to draw a clear success path to take products from Point A (current state) to Point B (future state). It also helps clients understand how we achieve the desired results by following a step-by-step engagement and delivery model.

Careful Assessment

As the first and foremost step, we go through a discovery process to find out if the new project and our team are a great fit together when it comes to capacity and capability requirements. We love to work upon mission-driven assignments which continue to challenge our intellectual boundaries and push the limits on how far we can think and innovate.

Thorough Analysis

We carefully analyze the current state of the project after signing the agreement. In this stage, we ask tons of questions to determine where the project stands (Point A) and learn more about the goal and vision (Point B). This step also helps determine short and long-term goals based upon the product roadmap. Our analysis is data-driven and based upon thorough research of available options to help build a user-friendly product.

Solutions Selection

After a detailed analysis, we present all the available options to clients in a data-driven and research-based approach. Technology and tool selection is part of the process. It is an important step that ensures greater client satisfaction as they are always involved in the decision-making process throughout the product development lifecycle.

Planned Implementation

We carefully analyze the current state of the project after signing the agreement. In this stage, we ask tons of questions to determine where the project stands (Point A) and learn more about the goal and vision (Point B). This step also helps determine short and long-term goals based upon the product roadmap. Our analysis is data-driven and based upon thorough research of available options to help build a user-friendly product.

Ongoing Optimization

Once the solution gets developed, there are opportunities to enhance, improve and optimize. We ensure that end-users are happy with the product experience on an ongoing basis while our team constantly monitors the enhancements or OS changes from Google and Apple. The support and maintenance packages that we have designed are flexible and convenient for the client to enjoy peace of mind while focusing on user acquisition and growth towards building a multi-million dollar company.
